Ulun Danu Temple is a Balinese Hindu Temple located at Candi Kuning countryside, Baturiti sub district and Tabanan regency. The distance from Denpasar town is about 50 km north side the way from Denpasar to Singaraja. This temple is set at the lakeside of Beratan with a beautiful lake view and hills surrounding it. We can find Pucak Sangkur mount on the north side of this temple. Meanwhile, there is Beratan Mount which is also referred to as Pucak Mangu or Pucak Pangelengan on the east side. And also, there is Terate Bang Mount on the south side. Finally, Tapak Mount and Watukaru Mount in the west side of Ulun Danu Temple.

From a height, the water poured down profusely between the rocks covered with chicken pox and moss. Plants that spread as if to separate the waterfall into three parts.

The water races down towards the pool and makes a swift flow of the tributaries below. As if chasing each other, free fall, no burden. The water that fills the pool is very clear and calm. The rocks under the pond are so clear that you can see them from above.

A view that makes the heart calm as if the mind is carefree.

No matter how long it takes, from various viewpoints the landscape of the waterfall is not boring to look at. Two small waterfalls on the right and left flank the biggest waterfall right in the middle. The highest waterfall stretches for about 20 meters

Under the mouth of the three waterfalls there is a large pool that is formed naturally. This circular pool is about 15 meters in diameter. At certain moments a rainbow will appear stretching across the pond.

The pool is of medium depth. Water that fills up to the chest of an adult. Make this pool safe for swimming. For those who can not swim can just soak in the rocks beside the pool.

Besides the beautiful scenery and cool temperatures, Jatiluwih also has advantages that can be an attraction for tourists to visit this place. This place also holds the potential of nature and culture that tourists can enjoy especially the history of the Petali Temple. This history relates to the government of a king named Ida Dalem Waturenggong in Gelgel Palace (1460 – 1552).
